Jason, if you plan on flying on Saturday, you're also planning on eating and drinking too, right? It'll cost you $20 either way so I'll put you
down for eating.

I think I counted around 18 pilots.. Does that mean I'm in? I plan on flying Sunday in the area as well, any ideas/plans?

Update | ||
|
(04/27/09 13:25:11) Safety Director |
As of noon Monday, we have 19 pilots signed up. but, 4 of them are NOT club members. That means that if club members sign up in the next few days, some you
non-members may be bumped.
I'll close the door to club member priority on Wednesday. That means that renewing your membership on Thursday won't put you ahead of anyone already signed up. But, renew your membership before the end of Wednesday, and you'll jump ahead of the "yellow" sign-ups. Keep in mind that historically, one or two folks who are signed up fail to show up. Two things happen: 1. they're on the hook for their $20. We have to pay for the food we bought regardless. 2. a slot is open to fly. If you're on the waiting list, there's still a chance to fly on Saturday. And of course, everyone who wants to can fly on Sunday (20 pilot max still applies). Here's the current sign-up sheet. I know it is Mom's day, but is anybody considering flying St. Helena (or somewhere else nearby) on Sunday?

Folks, we need to know who you are. Especially if you want me to put your name on a sign-up sheet for the fly-fest.
RG, if you want to fly St. Helena on Sunday, you can. But, I won't be there to provide a ride up. I'll be spending the day with MY mom. Also, there will be a memorial for Addison Sunday afternoon at Train Town in Sonoma. Jtsquid / John: I can't count you in you if I don't know your name. Ernie |

I'm planning to fly and party. But, as in the past if there are more than 20 pilots who want to fly, I'll just party instead.

Ernie - sorry about that. I thought there might be an official sign up page somewhere I was unaware of. However, I'm having second thoughts as the Marina
steeple chase is also this coming weekend. Feel free to leave me off the list. I look forward to flying in your neck of the woods in the upcoming months.

Greg, there are three slots still open, even counting the non-club-members. I'm sure there will be room enough. Actually, I'm hoping a few more pilots
from the Bay Area sign up.

Spots Still Available !! | ||
|
(05/06/09 21:54:11) |
It seems that there are a couple of spots available. Is a H3 welcome to fly this site or you guys want to keep this group to H4s?
I was reading the St Helena site requirements and it seems that a H3 would need to be sponsored. Please let me know. Thank you, Marcelo Luz |
