In the Mood - opens Friday June 5 thru June 28
Conceived by Patrick Watkins from text by William Shakespeare (Much Ado About Nothing) Directed by John Craven
Set in a captured Italian Villa during the height of WWII, Leonora, a tough-minded entertainer,
runs a wartime USO retreat along with the daughter, Hero, and a delightfully talented troupe of big band singers and dancers. Romance, comedy and intrigue
ensue when a jaunty group of GIs return for a weekend of "R and R."

Dreaming the Tempest
by Conrad Bishop text by William Shakespeare (The Tempest)
World Premiere
September 18 - October 18
Shakespeare's story of power, hope and redemption speaks to the world today through live theatrical animation with puppets, masks, digital media, shadows and aural score. Directed by lead artist Conrad Bishop, the creation of this new Tempest is a collaboration between the Rep and The Independent Eye's "Mythic Kitchen" ensemble.
